Arrival and departure
The room is ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Towels and bed linen are available during your stay. You are welcome to enjoy our wellness area free of charge before moving into your room and after room release.
Room prices
The indicated prices are per person and day (except packages), use of the wellness area and the Maurachhof - inclusive services - including local tax, all duties and taxes.
Payment
Please pay your bill with cash in Euro or transfer at least 1 week before the start of your vacation. Payment possible in cash or by card.
Child discounts
Only in the double, shared and family rooms
When staying in the master bedroom (2 full-paying guests):
Children from 0 - 2 years -80%, from 3 to 6 years - 50% and from 7 to 13 years -30%, from 14 to 15 years -20%.
Confirmation of the room number
Unfortunately, it is only possible to confirm the room category, but not an exact assignment of the room number or floor. Double room for single use When booking a double room by a single person, the surcharge is € 20,- per day on the respective category.
Dogs
Dogs only on request and € 20,- per day. If a dog is brought along, the hotel reserves the right in any case to charge for any final cleaning that may be required. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please understand that your four-legged pets are not allowed in the breakfast room as well as in the wellness area.
Reservation and deposit
Reservations are recognized only in writing in conjunction with a deposit. For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit/transfer per room / app. The deposit will be retained in case of cancellation!

Travel cancellation - Cancellation
Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. For cancellations or in case of early departure, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside this specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the Contractual Partner is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% from the total arrangement price;
up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% from the total arrangement price;
in the last week before the arrival day or in case of early departure 90% from the total arrangement price.
Maurachhof travel provision
When making your booking, we recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance, which covers the cancellation costs incurred in the event of accident or illness of the insured or family member before the start of the vacation or during the stay. We will be happy to provide you with more information when you make your booking.
European travel insurance
The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply. Errors excepted. Place of jurisdiction St. Johann/Pg. Possible input errors and price changes are reserved. Slight deviations from the room sketches are possible.
